Agreed on the disappointment with Gil in Paris - from his reaction every time someone brought up his reputation, I was suspecting this was the case, but I would have liked it otherwise.
I was slightly squicked by how much they escalated Lucrezia's tease/pursuit/whatever you'd call it of Tarvek. It fleshed out her character (heh), but was really creepy.
